We are pleased to announce that our annual Open Weekend will be on the 27th and 28th June. Visitors will have the opportunity to view our recently released showhome as well as speak with residents and get an insight into what life is like living at Parklands.

Our Open Weekend always proves to be a popular event: It gives people who are merely curious an opportunity to be impressed by the standard of today’s new park homes, as well as give visitors who are more serious about moving, a more insightful experience of living at Parklands.

Our recently revealed showhome, the Omar Middleton – Special will be open to the public (see details below) and visitors will be able to take the opportunity to speak with residents and get an idea of what life is like living at Parklands. All in your own time.

Our New Showhome is Open to the Public

We’re delighted to announce the opening of our new showhome, the 42×20′ Omar Middleton – Special. It’s design has never been built before so you won’t have seen this layout of home anywhere else. As well as being perfectly practical, it takes advantage of the lawned area adjoining its plot. Its French doors and terrace that lead from the living room extend the living room area and enable you to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine. Whilst the kitchen and dining area provide an exceptionally large space for cooking and entertaining.

This home has really been designed for those planning on having frequent guests and visitors with a generously sized bedroom on either side of the home and what could be considered a separate bathroom for each.

As a uniquely designed home, we would urge you to come and have a look and see for yourself.

Parkland’s Continues to Grow

As the park’s plots become occupied, only a few plots are remaining until Phase 1 of Parklands is completed. There are no dates confirmed for work to begin on Phase 2, so if you have intentions of moving to Parklands, or are seriously considering it, now is really the time to make the next step.

Park Home Manufacturer Build Times have been Extended

As demand has increased for residential park homes, so too has manufacturer’ lead times. Whereas in the past we were able to supply a park home in 3-4 months, some manufacturers are now quoting twelve months and more! (although not all). That is why it is important, if you’re considering moving into a park home later in the year, you should be starting to make decisions now.

Understandably not everyone can make that commitment immediately as they are not intending on moving until later on in the year, but you can help speed up the process by having all your choices ready such as size, design, layout and colour scheme so that when you are in a position to commit, there won’t be any unnecessary delays.
