Open Weekend Announced

We are delighted to announce that we will be having our annual Open Weekend on the 9th and 10th July. It was rescheduled from the 18th and 19th June to make way for the installation of our new showhome. Members of the public will be able to stroll around the park, speak with residents, the owners and have a look at the stunning new Prestige Concerto: A new showhome that has just been installed. Residents have kindly offered to exhibit their homes as well.

Open Weekends are a good opportunity for people new to the concept of residential park homes to be able to gather more information. For people already convinced that moving to a park is their next step, spending time with us during the Open Weekend allows you to get a better feel for our park and investigate the remaining plots to see which is right for you.

The New Prestige Concerto Showhome has Arrived

A Big Welcome to Mr and Mrs Smith

We’d like to welcome our newest residents to the park Mr and Mrs Smith; they moved from Redditch to the park to start afresh with their lives. After having looked at parks for years, Mrs Smith knew that Parklands was the right park for her from the minute she set foot. “It’s very peaceful here” said Mrs Smith. “I liked the layout and how well kept the grounds are, it just felt right. We were so excited; we couldn’t wait to move here.” As they move onto the park, plot 8 becomes occupied, but we still have a good choice of plots remaining of varying sizes and benefits, but we urge you to protect your chosen plot now before the choice gets slimmer.
