The first phase of Parklands is approaching completion with only two plots now available (plots 3 and 15).  Naturally questions begin to be asked about our second phase and when it will be completed and plots available.

Parklands of Lincoln comprises of 2-phases.  The first phase comprised of the development that is constructed and available today.  In total there are 21 plots as part of phase 1.  There are two plots remaining that are available of the 21 and you can view them here.  Phase 2 will have another 11 plots constructed in total.  Anyone who has visited Parklands will have seen the wooden fence at the back of the development that leads to an empty field and this is the area that will be constructed as part of phase 2.

Work has already begun on the second phase and has been ongoing for some time.  The second phase of the park will not be completed in one swoop.  Plots 23, 28 and 31 will be released initially and then the development will be constructed further.  Dates have not been announced as to when the plots will be available.  If you would like to be kept up-to-date with news on the new park homes then you should sign up to our newsletter and you’ll be kept informed of their release.
